With over 14 years of experience in entrepreneurship, incubation, and intellectual property management, Javed brings a deep understanding of how innovation ecosystems thrive. His journey spans leadership and strategic roles across leading incubation and government-linked programs.
He served as CEO of the Biopharma Incubation Center at NIPER-Ahmedabad, Incubation Manager at CrAdLE (EDII Ahmedabad), and played key roles at the Indian Institute of Public Health (Gandhinagar) and the Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission. His work has consistently bridged academia, government, and startups, driving programs that empower founders and strengthen innovation ecosystems.
At Syncoro Ventures, Javed will lead incubation programs, government ecosystem partnerships, and founder development initiatives, aligning with our mission to build stronger innovation pipelines and accelerate India’s startup growth story.
