Dr. Nikita Vadsaria possesses a robust background encompassing entrepreneurship, venture capital, and research, rendering her a highly qualified addition to Syncoro Ventures. As Head of Strategic Partnerships at Syncoro, Dr Nikita Vadsaria capitalizes on her diverse expertise garnered from academia, startups, and corporate ventures.
Dr Nikita Vadsaria, holds a doctorate in cell biology (cytogeno toxicity), later to which she served as a Research Officer, at the Indian Institute of Public Health Gandhinagar (IIPHG) in a central government initiative of Health Technology Assessment (HTA). Dr. Vadsaria also has firsthand entrepreneurial experience, having worked as Co-founder of NXTLVL AgTech, a hydroponics startup, working and developing of novel hybrid-controlled environment agriculture production system.
Prior to joining Syncoro, Dr. Vadsaria was the Executive Director at TiE Surat, where she played a pivotal role in fostering innovation within the local startup ecosystem. Additionally, her tenure as an Entrepreneur in Residence at build3, Goa-based Venture Studio, underscores her profound comprehension of early-stage ventures. Dr. Vadsaria also served as a Fellow-Apprenticeship at Vencapital.
Dr Vadsaria works closely with the key stakeholders of startup ecosystem – startup founders, investors, corporate & academia, leading partner engagement programs for Syncoro Ventures.
