Had the pleasure of conducting a high-impact, hands-on session at Savli Technology & Business Incubator of Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission, under the aegis of Dept. of Science & Technology, Government of Gujarat (STBI DST_GoG) along with my colleague Dr Nikita Vadsaria (Head – Strategic Partnerships @ Syncoro Ventures Private Limited), where we explored what it truly takes to transition from a functional MVP to a scalable company.
The session, titled “Beyond MVP”, was packed with real-time, interactive exercises based on Syncoro’s proprietary S.C.A.L.E. Framework – helping founders unlock growth through strategic thinking and a focused Go-To-Market (GTM) approach.
Startup founders rolled up their sleeves to:
a) Diagnose their post-MVP readiness
b) Map out their GTM Flywheels
c) Identify high-impact metrics
d) Sharpen their one-line pitch and customer value clarity
We were thrilled by the energy, insights, and founder hunger in the room. India’s startup ecosystem is brimming with ambition – and it’s exciting to see ventures move beyond MVP to build momentum, maturity, and meaningful scale.
